These are insanely addicting!!! Steve goes through phases where he will ask for these on a nightly basis. The only downfall to making this recipe is you will never want to order them from a restaurant again.
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 sweet potatoes
In a medium/large bowl combine cumin, salt, red pepper and olive oil. Set aside.
Heat oven to 400 and prepare a baking sheet by placing foil over it.
Peel potatoes, cut in half length wise, and then cut each half into small wedges (Make sure potatoes are dry).
Toss potatoes in oil mix until evenly coated.
Arrange fries on baking sheet in single layer so they do not touch eachother.
Bake on middle rack for about 30 minutes or until edges are crisp.
Like I said we are huge fans of these!!! They are so flavorful and have a nice spicy kick to them.
